The joint Affordable Housing Task Force and Resilience/Environment Task Force meeting to discuss the rezoning of Signature Meadows Golf Course has been rescheduled to November 20^th at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held in the Atlantic Room at Williams Mullen, 222 Central Park Avenue, 17th Floor, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.

As a reminder, this will be a joint task force meeting where Jonathan Skinner, President of Harrison and Lear, will present development plans for the Signature Meadows Golf Course. These plans are facing opposition from neighbors who wish for the property to remain a golf course. The Planning Commission public hearing will be held in January 2025.
