Glenn Davis, Director of the Virginia Department of Energy, will present Virginia’s approach to fulfilling Governor Youngkin’s All-American, All-of-the-Above Energy Plan.

Davis was most recently serving the Commonwealth as a Delegate from Virginia Beach. He was first elected in 2014 and chaired the House’s Education Committee and led the Governor’s Cybersecurity and I.T. Transition team during his service.  Davis was appointed to his current role as agency director in April 2023.
