The City Communications task force will meet at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 3^rd  in the offices of The Breeden Company, located at 560 Lynnhaven Parkway, to review the city’s communications effectiveness, structure, funding and challenges.

Joel Rubin, President of Rubin Communications, and Delceno Miles, President of The Miles Agency, will meet with the task force to share their years of experience and observations of city communications.
