Bobby Tajan, Director of Planning, City of Virginia Beach will discuss implications of sea level rise/flooding on the city’s future planning and zoning as well as comparison to the Norfolk plan he developed as their previous planning director.  Additionally, Karen Forget will provide a legislative issue update and Chas Wright will brief the group on a new local-option loan program, C-PACE.
