The new Virginia Beach Vision Oceanfront Task Force has been created to address the dynamics in the resort area that contribute to disruptive public behavior, particularly at late night and early morning hours, as most recently seen on College Beach weekend and to seek appropriate methods to help mitigate such behaviors.

To gain a broader community perspective in its review, the task force has been expanded to include several non-voting members.
