The next meeting of the task force is scheduled for Thursday, August 16 at 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.  and will be held at the VA Beach Economic Development Office at Town Center, 4525 Main Street, 7^th Floor, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.

Venture Realty Group’s team will provide details on the 6 consultants reports’ findings regarding their proposed project at the former Dome Site. The studies were jointly financed by Venture and the city and include an economic impact report.

On August 14^th, the consultants will present their findings to City Council and the Development Authority at a joint meeting in Council Chambers at 3 p.m.  A City Council vote on the pre-development agreement is anticipated mid-September.
