SGA Task Force Meeting: Doug Smith, Deputy City Manager, and Brian Solis, SGA Department Director, will discuss the Virginia Tourism Development Financing Program (TDFP) and its application in Virginia Beach.  The program is currently under scrutiny as it relates to the 27^th Street Hyatt project and its resolution will have implications for future resort area projects’ development.
