Brian Solis, Transportation and Transit Planning Manager for the City of Virginia Beach, will be our speaker on Wednesday, October 10^th.  As was highlighted in Vision’s September e-publication of In Review, there are numerous road improvements moving forward at various stages that will have major impacts on Virginia Beach traffic movements.  Brian will be providing us with project details including construction and completion dates.  Projects to be detailed are:
