Mike Eason, Resort Administrator, City of Virginia Beach and Rob Fries, Parking Manager, City of Virginia Beach will discuss existing parking availability, requirements and regulations in the resort SGA and plans for meeting future needs as well as incentivizing development that is complementary to the SGA plans for the resort area.
