The Business Development Task Force will meet virtually on Monday, April 7th at 3:30 p.m. The City of Virginia Beach has commissioned BBC Research & Consulting (BBC) to conduct a disparity study to measure the participation and availability of person of color (POC)-, woman-, and service-disabled veteran-owned firms in the contracts and procurements they award. Christian joined the city on February 24, bringing over 20 years of experience in economic development.
