Robert A. Crum, Jr., Executive Director, HRPDC/HRTPO will update on plan details and long-range focus of the 2040 LRTP.  He will also brief on pending legislation to place a floor on the regional gas tax, the introduction of HOT lanes, and the state of public transit in Hampton Roads.
