Following their report, Mr. Gilbert “Gil” T. Bland, President & CEO, Urban League of Hampton Roads will present on DEI from multiple viewpoints including that of an employer, consumer, workforce perspective and census demographic perspective. He will also speak from quality of community perspective to have inclusion and to equity and the various perspectives of the definition.
